The Randwick Presbyterian Church hadgiven him a ninety-nine year lease of the Sunday School Hall andadjoiningroomsatthebackoftheChurch,wheretheSchoolremains to this day.At the time, there was already a Randwick Preparatory Schoolsituated at the upper end of what is now Coogee Bay Road, but wasthenpartofBelmoreRoad.Therefore,Nimmolookedtotheadjoining village, the attractive and fashionable sea-side suburb ofCoogee, to give its name to the new school.Bill Nimmo placed his first advertisement for the new school inthe Sydney Morning Herald on 14th April, 1914 and the Rev. C.H.TalbotincludedanadvertisementintheRandwickPresbyterianChronicle on 12th June.
